- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Crumble & place into a large bowl:

2.5 tsp reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
¼ cup chickpea flour
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
- Salt or salt substitute
- Incorporate the ingredients.
- Form the patties & place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Flip over
- Bake for 5 minutes more, or until crispy
