2 cupsuper fine almond flour (blanched)6 tbspwhole psyllium husk½ tspsalt3 tspolive oil1 cupluke warm water
Recipe
- Add and mix:
2 cupsuper fine almond flour (blanched)6 tbspwhole psyllium husk½ tspsalt
- To that add
3 tspolive oil1 cupluke warm water
- Knead dough for 1-2 minutes
- Rest dough for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces
- Roll into 6-inch diameter between parchment paper
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
- Brush it lightly with oil and invert the parchment paper and lower the roti into the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until light brown spots form.
