Prep

  • 2 cup super fine almond flour (blanched)
  • 6 tbsp whole psyllium husk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup luke warm water

Recipe

  • Add and mix:
    • 2 cup super fine almond flour (blanched)
    • 6 tbsp whole psyllium husk
    • ½ tsp salt
  • To that add
    • 3 tsp olive oil
    • 1 cup luke warm water
  • Knead dough for 1-2 minutes
  • Rest dough for 5 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces
  • Roll into 6-inch diameter between parchment paper
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
  • Brush it lightly with oil and invert the parchment paper and lower the roti into the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until light brown spots form.
