Preperation

  • Tadka:-
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 4 tbsp garlic (lots of cloves, ~8)
    • 1 tbsp ginger
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • 2 tbsp coriendar leaves
  • Finely chopped vegetables:-
    • 1/3 cup
      • Capcisum
      • Carrot
    • 1/2 cup cabbage.

Steps

  • In a pan with oil, add:-
    • ginger
    • garlic
    • green chillies
    • coriandar leaves
  • Once fragrant, add 1 litres hot water.
    • Put one bouillon cubes to add flavor
  • While the above mixture is heating, lets add sauces
    • 1 tbsp
      • Soya sauce
      • Dark soy sauce
      • Chilli sauce
      • Vinegar
    • 1 tsp
      • Sugar
    • 0.5 tsp white pepper
  • Bring everything to boil
    • Let’s add all veggies
      • capsicum
      • carrot
      • cabbage
      • Half cake of noodles
    • Wait for 4-5 minutes for everything to boil
      • Do this on medium heat.
    • Next, add 3/4 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp Ching’s masala with 2 tbsp water. Shake to make a slurry.
    • Add .5 tsp Salt.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve

  • Put in a bowl
  • Serve with some lemon and coriandar on the side.
