Preperation
- Tadka:-
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp garlic (lots of cloves, ~8)
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2 tbsp coriendar leaves
- Finely chopped vegetables:-
Steps
- In a pan with oil, add:-
- ginger
- garlic
- green chillies
- coriandar leaves
- Once fragrant, add
1 litres
hot water.
- Put one
bouillon cubes
to add flavor
- While the above mixture is heating, lets add sauces
1 tbsp
- Soya sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Vinegar
1 tsp
0.5 tsp
white pepper
- Bring everything to boil
- Let’s add all veggies
- capsicum
- carrot
- cabbage
- Half cake of noodles
- Wait for
4-5
minutes for everything to boil
- Next, add
3/4 tbsp
corn flour + 2 tbsp
Ching’s masala with 2 tbsp
water. Shake to make a slurry.
Serve
- Put in a bowl
- Serve with some lemon and coriandar on the side.
