Preperation

  • Keep pan on high heat with salty water for boiling pasta.
  • Keep another small pan with 2 litres water, add stock concentrate (we have tomato one always available)
  • Finely chopped vegetables:-
    • Half regular size capcisum
    • 1 carrot
    • 1/4th cabbage.
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger.
  • Green chillies
  • Fresh coriendar leaves, half cup

Steps

  • In a pan with oil, add:-
    • ginger
    • garlic
    • green chillies
    • coriandar leaves
  • Once fragrant, add hot water broth.
  • Let us add sauces
    • 1 tbsp
      • Soya sauce
      • Chilli sauce
      • Vinegar
      • Sugar
      • Black pepper (10 rounds)
    • Bring everything to boil
    • Let’s add all veggies
      • capsicum
      • carrot
      • cabbage
      • half cake of noodles
    • Wait for 4-5 minutes for everything to boil
      • Do this on medium heat.
    • Next, add 1 tbsp heaped chilli paneer powder (Chings) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
