Preperation
- Keep pan on high heat with
salty water
for boiling pasta.
- Keep another small pan with
2 litres
water, add stock concentrate (we have tomato one always available)
- Finely chopped vegetables:-
- Half regular size capcisum
- 1 carrot
1/4th
cabbage.
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp
ginger.
- Green chillies
- Fresh coriendar leaves,
half cup
Steps
- In a pan with oil, add:-
- ginger
- garlic
- green chillies
- coriandar leaves
- Once fragrant, add hot water broth.
- Let us add sauces
1 tbsp
- Soya sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Black pepper (10 rounds)
- Bring everything to boil
- Let’s add all veggies
- capsicum
- carrot
- cabbage
- half cake of noodles
- Wait for
4-5
minutes for everything to boil
- Next, add
1 tbsp
heaped chilli paneer powder (Chings) and cook for 2-3
minutes.
