Preparation
- Chop
2capsicum in “noodles format”. 3callabrian chillies6 clovesof garlic2 tbsptomato paste1 pintheavy cream- Mushroom Mix powder
- Peporino Romano cheese shredded
Cooking
Sauce
- Coat bottom of the pan with olive oil.
- Add roasted peppers, 8-9 minutes on 40% heat.
- Once peppers are soft, we add chilli, garlic. 4 minutes
- Make sure everything’s soft again, add
2 tbsptomato paste. 2-3 minutes. - Add Mushroom Mix powder
0.5 pintof heavy cream, heat for another 4-5 minutes
Pasta
Just mix pasta with sauce. Finish with cheese off heat.
