Preparation

  • Chop 2 capsicum in “noodles format”.
  • 3 callabrian chillies
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • Mushroom Mix powder
  • Peporino Romano cheese shredded

Cooking

Sauce

  • Coat bottom of the pan with olive oil.
  • Add roasted peppers, 8-9 minutes on 40% heat.
  • Once peppers are soft, we add chilli, garlic. 4 minutes
  • Make sure everything’s soft again, add 2 tbsp tomato paste. 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Mushroom Mix powder
  • 0.5 pint of heavy cream, heat for another 4-5 minutes

Pasta

Just mix pasta with sauce. Finish with cheese off heat.
