Preparation
- Start pan with
2 tbsp
oil
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- Put
1/2 cup
fresh matar (peas) in microwave for 2 min
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons roasted besan (chickpea flour)
- Wash and chhop
300g
spinach leaves, small, but don’t stress too much, just a rough chop.
Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan.
- Add
1 tsp
jeera and sauté until fragrant.
- Add 2 chopped chill
- Add
1/2 cup
peas
- Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
- Add
3 tsp
coriander powder
1 tsp
tsp red chili powder
0.5 tsp
turmeric powder,
- Mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- On the side, roast
4 tbsp
besan for 2-4 minutes
.
- Add the 300 grams of washed and chopped palak (spinach). Cook for 2-3 minutes until the palak is soft.
- Add 4 tablespoons of roasted besan (chickpea flour) and mix well. Add some milk and mix to get the desired consistency.
- Cook for
2-3 minutes
