This is basically paneer paratha’s paneer filling on a bread.
Preparation
- Start pan on
low
heat. - Grate paneer.
- Take out
- Tomato sauce from fridge.
- The bread from pantry
Steps
- Mix paneer with usual
paneer paratha
spices- Cariander powder
- Amchur Powder
- Chat masala
- Jeera Powder
Bread
: Cut extremes, roll bread slices using rolling pin, as flat as you can, apply pressure- On flat slices, add
1 tbsp
sauce - Now, using your hand, making a
long shaped pakoda
that you’ll put on bread before you start rolling.
- On flat slices, add
- Roll bread into a roll
- Cook in pan from at least 2-3 sides, press it slighly so it is stable and cooks from only one side at a time.
