This is basically paneer paratha’s paneer filling on a bread.

Preparation

  • Start pan on low heat.
  • Grate paneer.
  • Take out
    • Tomato sauce from fridge.
    • The bread from pantry

Steps

  • Mix paneer with usual paneer paratha spices
    • Cariander powder
    • Amchur Powder
    • Chat masala
    • Jeera Powder
  • Bread: Cut extremes, roll bread slices using rolling pin, as flat as you can, apply pressure
    • On flat slices, add 1 tbsp sauce
    • Now, using your hand, making a long shaped pakoda that you’ll put on bread before you start rolling.
  • Roll bread into a roll
  • Cook in pan from at least 2-3 sides, press it slighly so it is stable and cooks from only one side at a time.
